By signing this agreement, buyer and seller both agree to the following:

• This kitten is guaranteed to be healthy before leaving FAIRYTAILRAGS. Upon Receiving the kitten

the buyer has 3 days (72 hours) to have a complete physical examination done by a licensed

Veterinarian of their choosing. Kitten must be kept secluded from all other pets until after this

Examination. Note this health guarantee is completely void if buyer fails to have a licensed

Veterinarian examine the kitten within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase. All veterinarian care and

fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Kitten will need additional vaccines.

• Your kitten has a TWO-year guarantee from the DATE OF BIRTH above against lethal genetic or

congenital defects. Including Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). Buyer must immediately

notify FAIRYTAILRAGS and provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian stating the

life-threatening illness or congenital defect. If a lethal genetic or congenital defect presents itself

within the first two years that results in death, FAIRYTAILRAGS shall replace kitten (minus

shipping charges, if applicable) upon being provided a necropsy report (at buyer’s expense) from a

licensed veterinarian stating the unquestionable genetic or congenital defect that resulted in death.

No replacement will be given without a necropsy. Buyer agrees to give authorization for

FAIRYTAILRAGS to make verbal contact with the examining licensed veterinarian before

replacing the kitten. FAIRYTAILRAGS will then replace the kitten with an equal-quality kitten that

is chosen by FAIRYTAILRAGS. Kitten will be replaced within one year of notification date. NO

EXCEPTIONS! NO VETERINARY EXPENSES OR MONETARY REFUNDS FOR A CAT/KITTEN

PURCHASED FROM FAIRYTAILRAGS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

• This kitten is guaranteed negative for FeLV, and FIV and free of fleas at the time of purchase and

for 72 hours thereafter. Viruses, diarrhea, colds and upper respiratory infections are not covered

under this guarantee as they may be contracted after leaving and are not the results of genetics or

breeding. FIP is covered ONLY until kittens 6 month birth date and a replacement will be offered

after a necropsy is performed at the buyers expense, confirming FIP. FAIRYTAILRAGS has no

control over what cat/kitten is exposed to once kitten leaves our home. FAIRYTAILRAGS does not

make any guarantees about personality, size or coat color. FAIRYTAILRAGS is not responsible for

any allergies to cat/kitten and any allergies are not covered under this guarantee.

• Kitten is not to be resold under any circumstances. If the kitten is found to have been sold or given

away, the health guarantee is void and not transferable. No refunds will be given for a cat/kitten
